We are wellness consultants who design programs for those who are nutritionally challenged, suffering from a lack of health and a lack of wealth.   Yes, but there should be none if program is followed properly.

  This varies depending upon your body type, amount of weight to be loss, and our metabolism. you can expect at least 5 - 10 pounds your first week. Will set a goal for you after evaluation.
